How do I select a course?
Visit "All Courses" catalog to browse our offerings. You can review the course curriculum and the prerequisite before making a choice. This is structured learning and we strongly recommend those who have not learned Bansuri before, to take the Beginners course first to build a solid foundation before exploring more advanced levels. Our Beginner course is the perfect first step before moving on to advance levels.
Are there prerequisites or language requirements?
Prerequisites for each level is mentioned in the respective course page. Kindly review it carefully before enrolling to ensure you are making progress in a structured manner as a lot of thought has gone into designing the course.
All courses are conducted in English; basic understanding and reading proficiency are recommended. Our modules also include notations in the videos.

Which Bansuri would be good for me?
Please purchase a G Sharp (24 inches) OR G base (25 inches) scale Bansuri. In case you have tiny fingers or you want your child to learn, please purchase a C scale (19 inches) Bansuri.
Our Beginner courses have been delivered in G base scale and other courses are in E base scale.

How do I register?
- For Free Courses
- Just click on "Enrol in Course for free" button on the course page.
- For 'Free' course there is no payment page, just "Sign Up" and your course access will be enabled immediately.
- For Paid Courses (Click on "Enroll in Course for Rs..." )
- On clicking it will take you to the payments page.
- Validate the course, click "Proceed to Checkout"
- You will be asked with basic "Billing Information"
- Select your payment type and complete the transaction
- Once the transection is complete, login with your ID and you can view your courses under "My Courses".
I have non INR (Credit/Debit) card, do you accept International payments ?
Music has no boundaries, we would love to see our community grow across the globe. Yes we do accept all international Master, Visa and American Express cards
My payment did not go through. What do I do?

How do I access my course?
You will be sent an email with information on how to access your online course post the payment realization. The email will provide a link to our the mystic bamboo online learning platform. Once you login you will see all your purchased courses under "My Courses".
How long do I have access to my course?
You have lifetime access to the course you have subscribed.
How does online learning work?
Just follow our high quality, structured video lessons.
Make sure you practice well and for any queries post it in the course, interact with the community and keep learning.
Do I need specific equipment to take online courses?
You need a Bansuri, a laptop/ smart phone and good internet connection.
What if I am unhappy with the course (Refund and Cancellation)?
We would never want you to be unhappy! Your satisfaction is important to us, which is why we offer a 7-day refund period for all of our courses. Please note that this is conditional based on your effort as it is a self-learning course. Your participation is equally important in this journey.
If you ask for your money back, you will be required to fill out an Assignment Form showing us that you completed the course content and implemented the strategies with commitment. This course only works if you do! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us in the first 7 days of purchase and we will give you a full refund.

Do I need to buy textbooks?
